Ember & Oak is a specialty coffee roaster based in Porto, Portugal. We buy green coffee directly from farms and cooperatives, roast it in small batches on a 15 kg drum roaster, and ship it within 48 hours of roasting so it reaches you at its freshest.

We started in 2019 as a single market stall and now supply single-origin coffees and signature blends to homes, offices, and independent cafés across Portugal and Spain.

Why buy from us
